Section	Name	Description
Update Password	Old Password	If updating your password, enter your existing password to log into your ALTR account. You will be logged out of ALTR if your password is changed.
New Password	Your new password must be different from your old password and contain: 8-64 characters a capital letter a symbol a number
Confirm New Password	Re-enter your new password.
Update Two-Factor Authentication Settings	Authentication preferences	Select your two-factor authentication method. Options are: Authenticator App— Connect to a third-party authentication application, such as Google Authenticator, to automatically generate a temporary, one-time 2FA password. This is the most secure option. SMS— Send a text message with a one-time, two-factor authentication code to the phone number associated with the account. Email— Send an email with a one-time, two-factor authentication code to the email address associated with the account.
