| Update Password | Old Password | If updating your password, enter your existing password to log into your ALTR account. You will be logged out of ALTR if your password is changed. |
| New Password | Your new password must be different from your old password and contain: 8-64 characters a capital letter a symbol a number | |
| Confirm New Password | Re-enter your new password. | |
| Update Two-Factor Authentication Settings | Authentication preferences | Select your two-factor authentication method. Options are: Authenticator App— Connect to a third-party authentication application, such as Google Authenticator, to automatically generate a temporary, one-time 2FA password. This is the most secure option. SMS— Send a text message with a one-time, two-factor authentication code to the phone number associated with the account. Email— Send an email with a one-time, two-factor authentication code to the email address associated with the account. |
