Log into ALTR

Signing into ALTR requires your organization ID, username, password, and a two-factor authentication code. When single sign-on (SSO) is enabled for your organization, ALTR authenticates you through your identity provider instead.

To log into ALTR:

1. Go to the ALTR login page.
2. Enter your Organization ID and click Submit. ALTR redirects you to your organization’s login page.
   1. If you don’t know your organization ID, you can have it emailed to you.
3. Enter your Username and Password, then click Log In.
   1. If you don’t know your username, you can have it emailed to you.
   2. If you’ve forgotten your password, you can reset it.
4. Enter your two-factor authentication code and click Submit. Depending on your account settings, the code is sent by email or SMS, or generated by your authenticator app. If your organization uses passkey-based two-factor authentication, your browser or device prompts you to complete the passkey ceremony instead of entering a code.
