Manage Sidecar Information
A sidecar must be registered in ALTR’s control plane so it can retrieve policy and configuration information, provide telemetry, and consolidate database activity into ALTR. Listener ports are registered to enable connections to the sidecar, and a listener port is bound to a repository to let data consumers connect to that repository through it.
