Create an ALTR Account via ALTR Support
Contact ALTR Support to have your ALTR account created for you — for example, if you’re onboarding through a partner or third-party vendor, or prefer not to self-serve.
To have ALTR create your account:
- Contact ALTR Support with the following information:
- Your company name and address.
- The initial administrator’s name, email address, and phone number.
Once your account exists, ALTR Support can also help with other setup work, such as connecting a data source (onboarding with Snowflake or preparing a Databricks account) or deploying a sidecar or an agent.
