Audit Reports

Audit Reports turn Query Log records into formatted reports of database activity — who performed an action, what they did, and when. You generate a report on demand or on a recurring schedule, then review and attest to it within ALTR to produce a compliance artifact backed by a durable approval trail.

Audit Reports cover OLTP data sources (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and MySQL), including OLTP activity captured by Security Intelligence Scout. Audit Reports are not available for Snowflake data sources.

Audit Reports are distinct from the Audit Report event category in the System Audit Log, which records this feature’s scheduled report runs as administrative events inside the ALTR platform — not the reports themselves.
