Onboarding

To onboard with ALTR:

Create and set up an ALTR account.
Connect your account to a Snowflake database if ALTR creates your account. This step is included when you use Snowflake Partner Connect.
Create a service user either with the default service user objects or with custom service user objects.
Connect tags or columns.
Create tag, column or row policies.
