The Alerts category logs when alert rules and their comments are created, updated, or deleted, and the Integrations category logs changes to your notification-integration configurations — the channels that deliver alerts, such as email, Slack, Microsoft Teams, PagerDuty, Splunk, ServiceNow, and webhooks. This gives you a complete change-history trail for who changed your alerting and delivery configuration.
